Our first appetizer came out and then the second, but we weren't given napkins and table settings (chopsticks, plates, saucers until we asked for them. We also had to follow up on a missing item from our order as it was well beyond the standard time. Then we had to ask for straws for our cocktails and water after we already asked in the beginning. (And yes I understand that straws may not be provided in an effort to go green, but if it is requested, it shouldn't have to take more than one ask. Overall, it was difficult to find someone to assist us, and each request took an unusual amount of time, which made me wonder if there was short staffing or not enough preparation (napkins, clean plates, straws, etc. because it seemed like they had to go looking for what we requested. It didn't seem like anyone was attentive to or anticipating our needs, and these requests were not anything extreme or extra. It was not a busy afternoon, so I'm struggling to understand what kind of customer service training is provided if not even our basic needs were met. I'm just so disappointed with our experience because we came for a special occasion, we spent a rather large sum for a small quantity of food and the service was not satisfactory. Like I said in the beginning, the staff was nice and I don't want to get anyone in trouble. As I pointed out, there might be systems/process issues to look into--staffing, preparation, standards, and training. I'm writing this review because I honestly believe things could be improved and I hope things get better!

We hadn't been to BJ's in quite a while. We wanted to have dinner close to home after seeing Amaluna. My husband suggested BJ's. What a great dinner we had. I h... I had the grilled Mediterranean chicken tacos. They had such a fresh taste. And the mixed grains salad was tasty and a nice change. My husband had the Brewhouse burger with bacon and cheese. The French fries were perfect. Soft inside, crispy outside. Service was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive and allowed us to enjoy our time together. Coffee and sharing the salted caramel pazookie topped off our evening. We'll be back.

Literally one of the best restaurants I have ever ate in Toulouse. We arrived without reservation, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I high... Lucky for me I asked the hostess about sitting at the bar, which we were allowed to or I would have gone someplace else. The bartender was amazing!! Great service and recommendations. The food was great, quick to come out and delicious.

This was our first time dining out since the Covid quarantine... We asked for the patio and also asked that the fans be turned off (we'd heard that recycled air...
