Lire plus My family and I love Culver 's. So much so that we patronize the Canton, MI location multiple times per week. Unfortunately we will not be returning. The last three visits there have resulted in our meals being prepared wrong. The last time it happened we requested to speak to a manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would add my name to a list for a free meal (to replace one of the meals we 'd already paid for that was prepared incorrectly). We returned today and spoke to a different manager who stated she couldn 't do anything about it and unfortunately would not be able to honor the other manager 's promise. We provided his name and explained the situation. She then stated I 've told them to stop doing that. I wasn 't here so I can 't do anything about it . As previously stated, we patronize Culver 's multiple times per week. We are never looking for free meals . We spend a lot of money at this location. Unfortunately, Google reviews reflect that we aren 't the only customers who have had issues here. This location needs corporate intervention quickly.
