So disappointed…Waited over 15 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese… not busy, just staff that were hanging in the back. After getting bagel, it wasn’t toasted... After getting bagel, it wasn’t toasted (despite asking for it well done) and when I asked for it to be redone they questioned my order…waited another 10Minutes only to get a stale bagel that was promptly tossed in the trash. Terrible service and incompetent staff. I won’t be going back.
