Lire plus Update June ‘22: stopped back by after a year, and these could not be more different. Great fillings, crunchy pastry, all around improvement. Smith St. brick and mortar: Had the Thanksgiving, Squash, and one of the chicken varieties. The fillings were fine, if uneven. But the actual empanada pastry was awful. Almost raw in some spots. Dry enough that they actually squeaked and cracked in my mouth in other places.
