I always had a great experience at this Dunkin location. Most of the staff was always friendly, and my drinks are always great. The donuts are also good quality... Last Friday I thought of a grilled cheese and a muffin. After I left and came back to work, I noticed that the grilled cheese was not heated enough and the chee... Lire plus Last Friday I thought of a grilled cheese and a muffin. After I left and came back to work, I noticed that the grilled cheese was not heated enough and the cheese was not melted. I didn't have enough time to warm it up, so I saved it for dinner and heated it up when I came home. Everything worked and the sandwich was perfect: I just wanted to mention that the 2 ladies who help with my order were very nice. I work in customer service myself and a good customer service is hard to reach nowadays. I had a bad day and took a break from my day to grab a lunch ended brightening my day, even if there was a problem with a part of my order. It makes a big difference when you stop from a restaurant and the staff makes you welcome and are happy to help you. Most restaurants I've visited lately make you feel the complete opposite, so many people don't even have basic customer service skills nowadays. Good customer service is so rare that I appreciate it very much when I experience it. Please continue to give the service you do and teach those after you do the same. A simple smile can brighten another day.
