Parking: There isn't masses of parking but I've never failed to get a space. Call and it takes forever to answer the phone then when they did finally answer, they took our order but put us on hold for 10 minutes instead of finishing up w... Their delivery time is at an hour. Need to get someone that knows how to manage a restaurant and know customer service etiquette. First opened they were great but just like so many others in this town, going down hill.

They only have an online interactive menu you pull up on a smart phone, but with numerous pull down options... so you're never seeing the entire thing unless you go through every single option. I'm also worried about peanut allergies, so I need to see everything they have to conduct a threat assessment. Ordering a burger shouldn't require more than 20 minutes of research and advanced decryption of way too many variables. I recognized the place would be a black hole and called time on it. My suggestions: have a PDF menu so people can see everything in one go. Do a better job indicating food allergens... it doesn't matter just if the dish your interested in has, say, peanuts, but similar dishes as well. They may very well have a good burger, but need to work on making their restaurant accessible, and not a time sink.
