Eu nem ia comentar isso mas vi que já aconteceu com outras pessoas, então... atenção se vc não estiver a fim de perder muito tempo.

The host welcomed us in w/o reservations on a Saturday at 6pm (he kindly let us know he needed the table back at 8pm). We got a seat indoors by the door that led to the garden. Andrea never let our water cups run empty. The seasonal summer menu was delicious ? we ordered chilled melon Thai curry soup, king salmon tartare, lamb chops, buttered carrots+zucchini, and the cured pork appetizer (I forget the name). We were just short of licking the plate on every dish! My husband also enjoyed a queens gimlet, very well made and refreshing.

Lire plus Business dinner overall the experience was simple, ok. nothing turned out that each of us would run back, given the variety of quality restaurants in providence. service was good, no complaining and our server was very friendly sitting we had an early dinner rez to which the restaurant was almost empty at our arrival, just a few eating. that is, our table of six has been placed uncomfortably next to the kitchen counter and server station. it was loud with servers that run back and forth around us. it was a strange sitting opportunity when there were many places in more beautiful and comfortable areas of the restaurant. the restaurant was not full, even if we were gone. eat only cuts. braised short rib was dry and hard to cut. should be delicate and can fall apart with a fork. gosh and chips were also dry and cooked over. apps were however very nice, duck, calamari and the artichoke apps were very nice. overall, just okay. red stripe has a great location, beautiful and clean interieur and the potential to be much better. in consideration of the quantity of large restaurants in prow. we would not klamoring to rerun.
