Why have a waiter sit you down to get hurried out the door. You need to change your hours.

I placed a takeout order. Said it was going to be done in 10 minutes. I ride 15 minutes later and was told to go to the pickup area. I went to the pickup area a... Lire plus I placed a takeout order. Said it was going to be done in 10 minutes. I ride 15 minutes later and was told to go to the pickup area. I went to the pickup area and I noticed there was two bags ready to go. There were two servers or hosts at the front and they had a few people come in for a couple of minutes. After those couple of minutes when they were both freed up, neither of one of them came in assisted me. After about 15 minutes one of them named Nathan came over and got me to sign my ticket order but never gave me my food. He spoke with another customer who was behind me for about 5 minutes about his order and then when I asked he finally gave me my food which was ready the entire time. So I actually sat there and waited on my food for 20 minutes when it was ready the entire time.

I was told by the girl at the counter that I needed to hurry and place my order because they close at 8PM and they’re manager is forcing them to be gone by 8PM. You might as well lock your doors at 7PM if you’re going to send paying customers away during operating hours.
