It’s as if the chewy pieces chicken were previously deep fried, re-heated and coated with a very...mild, almost tasteless teriyaki source. When served, the meals were only just warm. Given the time took to receive them, we avoided sending them back to be re-heated.

Others have mentioned that we did not have the opportunity to taste, but the beer was just right and so was the local ambiente. please stop them there and say 'day to attentive staff and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a pub that has been for many decades. there are touches of modern but the six o'clock swill (see it up) dwelling in the wandfliesen. I was at abbotts a few years ago and noticed some changes, like the location of the bar, but this is a trivia question. until the new trains run, abbotts is a bit a hike for the visitor, but cozy for us native.

Definitely returning here again someday!
