Iced creme brûlée and cookies&creme fraps. So nice and cooling. Reasonable price about $8 for large size. We usually use the Entertainment Book vouchers so even cheaper as buy 1 get 1 free. Fast service. Lots of place to sit, full of students.

Mexicali Fresh always do a good burritos, nachos and salad. Tucked on the corner of Wellesley and Hobson St, this place was quiet around lunch time on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and the food they make for us is delicious and has generous fillings. Great that Mexicali does reward programme, you can save points to get discounts for your next purchase.

Great place for weekend brunch with family. Kids and pet friendly. Friendly service, food comes fast, serving size generous and competitively priced compared to other cafe/bar eatery around the area. We like that they do have a deal in the Entertainment book and do come here when we are in the area. They also do loyalty points so make sure you sign up for the joyclub rewards beforehand.

Came here for a casual family birthday. We got many different dishes from vege ramen, katsu bento, egg sushi, karaage udon, spring rolls, dumplings, tofu don and yakisoba. Everything is quite tasty, cooked fast, everyone finishes their meals. Stand out for me was the ramen and bento box. When we were there, lots of people do takeaways or uber. Price varies between $13-20. We spent about $110 for 5 people. No outside food allowed and they charge 50c extra for a takeaway box.<br/

Our go to KFC in the shore. New, clean and plenty of carparks. We always use their website PLU code specials. Avoid coming here in peak hour, if you have to, always drive-through, it's faster than ordering in from counter.

Their $1 beef/chicken/lamb sticks are value for money. You can’t go wrong with these. We also ordered their mapo tofu on rice and spicy dry beef noodles, both are really good at $14 each. Great for late night drinking with group of friends. The place is air conditioned too so perfect to escape outside heat at the moment. Note they do 10% surcharge on public holiday.

Tucked away on the corner. This eatery has many items on their menu, specialty would be noodles, dumplings and baos. They so great dumplings and only $13 for 20 pieces. Their homemade baos are quite popular and pretty cheap too, between $1-2. Friendly staff.

Always a favourite within the food alley food court. Their pricd is legit reasonable for the amount of food you get. Their food taste better when you eat there than takeaways. Fast cooking! They do pretty good laksa, char kway teow, wan tan hor. Nasi lemak is very generous in size.

Always super busy, make sure you make a booking especially for yum char/dim sum. A bit hard to find parking around the area. Price typical of usual eatery, $5-10 for a dish of dim sum. 8 of us spent about $25pp and we were full. Make sure you ask to order some of your favorites as what comes out the kitchen could be gone really fast to other take served first as they are really popular. They make good siumai, dumplings, har gao, taro puff, naps, lots of pastries as well.

Delicious and reasonably priced lunch menu. Only $15 for fresh, tasty basil gnocci and $17 for mushroom risotto. Garlic pizza bread $9, average, won’t order that again. Portion of pasta is generous. Service ok.
