I was served an enormous plate of risotto with the strangest cucumber rhubarb salad next to it. The risotto tasted very bitter, in a way I have not experienced before with risotto so I told the waitress I couldn 't eat it. She excused it and went to the kitchen and came back to tell me the chef was sorry and asked if I wanted something else. I told her I 'd have the vegetarian burger but after she had asked the kitchen I was told that it was sold out and I would instead get something with tofu and vegetables . I didn 't want that. She came back to tell me they would make a burger, just without a lot of the stuff that normally comes with a burger. So I said fine, I 'll just leave. My friend went up to pay for his meal and was asked to pay for my bad risotto as well which I had had one spoon of before realizing it was uneatable. We obviously refused to pay for it and left. It wasn 't the waitress who was at fault here, but the management that has not trained her to handle this situation and the chef that was doing a very poor job at a. Cooking risotto and b. Fixing the situation when that risotto tasted bad. I 'm really not impressed and would recommend this place never.
