They had two servers when we got there they were running around doing the best that they could to get everything everyone needed. When they have a manager present she's sitting there just rolling silverware and seating people here and there that's pretty annoying. I got up and ask her if I can have some more coffee to make her do something. The servers were excellent the manager needs to be more Hands-On. When one server came to work that was one plus the two that they had she was making a smoothie a piece of ice fell next to the ice machine with her bare hand threw that piece of ice back into the ice container. When she poured the smoothie in the cup it ran over the side she took her bare hand and ran it up the cup to wipe it off. I was pretty grossed out!!!!! I did actually finally see the manager get up and pack up Uber drivers orders or pickup orders. Pretty much just to go orders.

They are able to keep up with the awesome deals that most 711's offer. They also have those awesome energy drinks that hold the most caffeine, perfect solution to those that have night shifts. Their parking lot is a bit small, but that is to be expected at any gas station. This 7eleven has a high volume of customers during peak hours due to its location, therefore parking may be limited to those that prefer not to walk.

Why didn't the system flag me a warning instead of allowing me to order, then having a team member tell me it wasnt available after I had paid for my item, then have to select something else. A limited number of booths available. No just walking up to the counter and ordering what you want anymore. Lost this customer.

We weren't hurried and stayed more than 2 hours catching up with former work friends. A good selection to pick from and reasonably priced. Will be checking out other Cafe 63's to see how they compare.
