Jane and Jake did our night. Perfect and tasty. First we went to the Boardman site at Rt. 224 and Southern. Our experience was terrible. The man at the other en... The man at the other end of the speaker told us that we only tell him what food [we] want .. and ask no questions. So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for almost ten minutes while the staff just spoke. You didn't even realize we were waiting. We asked if someone was there, and the woman answered that she let us know when she was ready. So we went there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutes before BK closure for the evening. We called the Canfield site. Jane was very kind and excused for our experience. She took our order over the phone and left it fresh for us. Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect. Thanks for the A Service. Second to none.
