I pull up in the drive-thru at 4 PM on a Friday and someone who sounds like they literally had just woken up when I pulled up takes my order. I ordered a cheese... Lire plus I pull up in the drive-thru at 4 PM on a Friday and someone who sounds like they literally had just woken up when I pulled up takes my order. I ordered a cheeseburger, french fries, and 9pc chicken fries with barbecue sauce. Got home and realized Ididn?t get the barbecue sauce and my french fries were not even lukewarm. I live in the area so I go back and the two guys thathandled my order at the window are both hanging out in the parking lot. One of them literally walks up to my car and asks whatwas wrong. I told him I didn?t get barbecue sauce with my 9pc and also would like fresher fries. He goes inside, and then handsme a bag with the bbq sauce but fries that tasted exactly like the last batch they gave me. This type of customer service hasbeen present at this location for at least the past 3 years that I?ve lived in the neighborhood. I try to give them the benefitof the doubt or sometimes I?ll outright just go to a further out location. This location is a dumpster fire and cannot behelped. I am done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and I hope others follow suit because they do not care and theyneed to just close! Every time I come, they make me wonder how this location is even still open.
