We brought ahi tuna that we caught that afternoon. Rufo prepared it 4 different ways on the grill and prepared sashimi style as well. Our party had a great variety of food ranging from delicious steaks, Mexican food and the fish. Wine and desert (coconut ice cream and flan finished the meal. Next was the incredible music. A guitarist had been playing softly to our enjoyment then Rufo brought out his electric guitar and asked if Santana and Pink Floyd would work for us? We absolutely could not believe what we were hearing......Incredible. The girls were out on the floor as Rufo made his magic This was the culinary event of the 8 day trip and we never ate anywhere else after the first night at this magical location.

However, the server, Celia, said not to worry, they would make them for us. Homemade tortillas! Can say enough about our experience because it was great.
