Our group was visiting New Orleans from out of town and hadn't planned far enough in advance to get reservations at Cochon. But we easily found seats at the bar... We had a great time interacting with the bartenders, Mikey, Aaron,and Jason, and appreciated their suggestions. We ordered the half pig head, which was a memorable experience and one of themost delicious culinary adventures we've ever had! We had a bunch of meat leftover and they went above and beyond to wrap it upfor us to take the pig head home! Those bartenders are a huge asset to this place. We had a great meal, but an especiallygreat experience. It will have been one of our best memories of our weekend in New Orleans. In our group we had a person whois eating keto and another person who eats gluten-free and Cochon is a great fit for both of those diets.
