19.09.2023 - 07:36If Dunkin ' is your favorite then this Dunkin ' and the other locations under AIC Mgt. will easily become your favorite place to go for coffee. They have been my favorite for years. AIC Mgt. exemplifies how success is achieved by a family owned business. They are in the true sense of the words, a class act with lasting integrity. Recently, I did the survey from the survey code on my receipt to point out one of their best employees. Everything said here can also be said about many of the employees at this location. So, keep up the good work peeps! Here 's what I had to say... 'I have been one of Umair 's customers since he started at Dunkin '. When I recognized he was new to staff, I welcomed him and told him I hoped he 'd have great success at this Dunkin '. It 's nice to see he is now a Shift Leader. He handles his responsibilities with accuracy, courtesy, efficiency, and being friendly. He is a great asset to this store. It 's always a pleasure to be served by him and his team at the Drive Thru. I always look forward to checking in on them to see how they are all doing. I consider them as extended family. That 's because of them and how Umair and his team represent Dunkin '. It 's hard to get good employees in the fast food service. So, to the Mello family and Store Manager, Bill, who are also the best in this business, you hit a home run when you hired Umair. 11.09.2023 - 08:27Myself George,this was my third time visiting this dunkin donuts and my experience is awsome so far.There service is good,always neat and clean.I ordered double shots of xpresso and milk on side.There was a girl that day named Zannai or Zannat she asked me if i want it steamed or no and also gave me a free sample of there new hot dark roast coffee.I absolutely loved the way she served.Normally if i go to any other dunkin donut i have seen most of the time the employees are so rude and mean.they just wanna serve and let u go no smiles no greetings!But from now this place is my new favorite...Im definitely coming back.....

26.01.2023 - 20:15I ordered the delivery with doordash. I put an order for a side snack bacon and a bagel with a cream cheese. Before I even abandoned the order, I called the load and told them that the app does not allow me to edit or add instructions in the order. I told them that I am allergic to pfeffer and just wanted a simple speck, the coworker told me it's okay and she could make the speck level for me. when the job arrived, he had extra pfeffer. I have knocked out my hands that I'm gonna grab him, but thanks to my fellow worker who got on the smell before me, and a terrible accident has hardly been avoided. every time I visited this load, I had a problem with how the food comes out, I had stopped going there and driving extra to the shops further away, but it is very uncomfortable and why should I completely change my timetable and itinerary because the load can not get any order right? it takes only 3 minutes to scroll google reviews and realize that it is clearly a personal problem.
