Very good for a long weekend. Only slightly minus was that the hotel was very hot. This is better than cold, but affects our sleep and this was solved in the fo... This is better than cold, but affects our sleep and this was solved in the following night by opening the windows.

Came to ski with a large family group and had an excellent time, there were 16 of us with a wide range of ages and all were made to feel very welcome. The servi... The service from everyone was great from the manager, the restaurant and bar staff, the reception and housekeeping teams everything was focused on delivering great service. We were half board and I recommend it as the variety and quality was great. Some dishes may not be too everybody's taste, but there was always a fish or meat option. The location is ideal and the facilities, especially after the Covid restrictions were lifted, were great to use.

Matterhorn is visible from the restaurant terrace. We stayed in family room and...it is clean, bed comfortable with very well equipped and lighted bathroom. It’s proximity to town, cable car, train stations is an added advantage. I rate it
