Birchwood was surprisingly delicious I hadn't ate there in 10 years the waitress was delightful the coffee was delightful the meal was delicious it was a little... Every time we've been back to Brainerd, we stopped at Baxter. And every time we've been there, the food was unimaginable. This is so much more than I expect from a hotel restaurant. The Quinoa Burger is good enough to get me out of towns for lunch! The pizza is also good with good fresh ingredients. My children love to go there because they get a freshly baked cookie with their meal! It is very family-friendly, the service is great. If you live in the area or just visit, I promise you that you are not dissapointed!
