We loved each other here. It is so cozy in the old building with the bricks and historical photos. Our server, Jake, was great. Wide range of beer and special c... Lire plus We loved each other here. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was great. Hubby had the Patty melt with Mac and cheese on it and he loved it. Overall, 10/10 would visit again and soon!

Serving the butter in foil like you would get in a motorway cafe irritated me. The young waiter who changed my cutlery because he had got the wrong table, dropping the cutlery in the floor he was laying out on an empty table and then picking it up and continuing to lay the table with the cutlery that had been on the floor. The manAger who took away my plate whilst I was still chewing before I got a chance to rescue it. There was no conversation no explanation if the dishes and no recommendations. Going to La Nona’s used to be like going to a dinner party where the guests would greet you and talk to you with pride about their food and wine and make you feel exceptionally welcome. Now it feels like the passion has gone and they are cutting corners with young inexperienced front of house staff. I so want this restaurant to be good because in fact the food is still good and it was a little gem and hard to get a table. Now the restaurant was empty and the atmosphere has all but gone. Please sort it out as this was one of the real treats when exhibiting at the NEC
