I thought my iced tea tasted not quite how I was expecting (very strong ginger type flavor) and after asking the barista if there was a flavoring added that was making it taste weird, they tasted their batch of tea personally, and after saying it tasted normal, offered me a different/new beverage free of charge. I swapped to a black tea (which tasted totally great and normal! I really appreciated it because there was nothing technically wrong with the drink, it tasted to them how it was supposed to, but they still respected that I didn't like it and fixed my problem! Will definitely be going back!
