I have been regularly going here recently (past couple of months) and would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons: 1) There have been man... Lire plus I have been regularly going here recently (past couple of months) and would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons: 1) There have been many instances when they have messed up my order. My most recent order was too much salty that I could not eat. This has happened before as well. These days, there's not much rush at this place because students are out on summer holidays and still the staff can't take care of what they are responsible for. I even requested for a fork in the special instructions while placing my online order and didn't receive it. 2) I always order online and use Rapid Shelf for pickup. If you are trying to redeem a $1off or $2off reward on any drink, be prepared to stand in line to get your drink filled. I have contacted the customer care online regarding this and it's been more than a month, I never heard anything from this location. The online customer care told me two times that she has requested someone in the cafe to contact me regarding this but I never heard from anyone. 3) Based on my experience so far,they don't care about customers and hence I have stopped going this place. Never had any issues with any other restaurants around UAB.
