Lire plus Ordered for delivery via doordash like I've done many times, and it took nearly an hour to get our food, which would have been fine had two of the sandwiches not been among the most poorly prepared sandwiches that I've ever gotten from a Potbelly. Neither of them had even close to the correct toppings on them. One sandwich had such a paltry amount of lettuce you could barely tell it was there, they forgot the hot peppers (my favorite thing about this place), there were like 4 pathetic looking tomatoes across an entire big sandwich. Then the bowl of potato soup was tasty, but too bad there were barely any potatoes in it. It was like it was the bottom of the pot of soup and all of the potatoes were gone so we just got the soupy part. The worst experience I've had from this restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1
