Lire plus This is my favourite Mimi’s (also been to the Royal Mile and Leith stores). It is spacious and plenty of tables so easy to pop in. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. The brunch menu is extensive and the food is delicious. The coffee was also lovely. I didn’t have a sweet treat on this visit but I have done before and always thoroughly enjoyed them.

I would personally recommend the beef and then the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was really reasonably priced. Only downside is the small car park.

The coffee was really reasonably priced and they don’t charge extra for milk substitutes which is great. I had an iced oat latte and it was nice. Didn’t have food but the Moroccan wraps looked delicious so would definitely want to try if I visited again. They also had strong WiFi which is good for working.

Limited seating but nice if you can sit or good to takeaway. My favourite items off the menu are the hot chocolate, apple cinnamon cake and the toastie but I would happily eat everything. There is also a little shop inside and it’s a good place to buy food gifts.

However, the drinks selection was really poor and they didn’t even serve Guinness (which is surely the point of an Irish bar? . The staff weren’t friendly and complained when we wanted to use the card machine.
