Lire plus Après avoir lu un article dans un journal local, j'avais très envie de découvrir cet endroit pour un midi.C'est chose faite.De l'extérieur il faut le voir et le chercher car un peu en retrait si on ne connaît pas cette zone.L'intérieur est plutôt petit et convient particulièrement aux étudiants du secteur.Il ne paye pas de mine de l'intérieur.J'étais probablement la première cliente de la journée.J'ai choisi un hamburger avec escalope de poulet, lard, sauce béarnaise, salade frites, boissons.Comme vous pourrez le voir sur les photos, quelle déception.Le pain (fabriqué maison, vraiment ??) est tout juste chaud et /ou grillé, surtout brioché.La sauce béarnaise a le goût de tout sauf de béarnaise !quelques feuilles de verdure, 1/2 tranches de tomates, 1 petite escalope de poulet et 2 minuscules tranches de lard...ce qui m'a calé et que je n'ai mangé qu'au 3/4 est le pain ! j'ai pris le reste séparément.Les frites archi-précuites et très molles sont restées pour la plupart dans leur sachet (j'en ai mangé 3, histoire de...). Avec la peau de l'épluchure dessus !Je ne suis pas prête d'y remettre les pieds...Il y a beaucoup de petits restos très sympas à Saint Brieuc, si ce restaurant veut continuer à vivre, il va falloir s'améliorer.8€20 pour ça, la prochaine fois j'irai ailleurs !!!

Food wasn't horrid but service was garbage. I ordered a hamburger and waited 17 minutes. Once she called me up to get the order she told me she put cheese on it... Once she called me up to get the order she told me she put cheese on it I did not want cheese as I am lactose intolerant and she offered to peel it off instead of cooking me another one or refunding my money. She was too busy chatting up with the construction workers that came in to give a real customer some service. While we ate they ran out of burgers and did not inform anyone waiting in line. Terrible customer service What kind of burger joint runs out of burgers at 1 pm in the afternoon when they open at 11. We will never be back and warn you not to even bother. Go to the Harvey's down the street instead

Arrived at 5:05 for a 5:30 pick-up and was told I was way too early and not in a friendly manner. Fair enough as I was early. Mentioned no a/c and that I'm an asthmatic and lady behind cash suggested I wait outside and she'd come and get me when order was ready. I looked in kitchen and saw a salad to go and asked if that was mine. She said yes but as stew had sold out they were making another batch. I asked how long that would be and she said 5 minutes max. Again, she reminded me that I was early. No one moves quickly in this place and with no a/c I can certainly understand why. Not even a fan available. Lots of dirty dishes in view (where customers put dirty dishes). Raining outside so sat in car with a/c on. 5:16 and lady did not come out to get me. I go in and notice stew being served. I ask for my order and lady states it's not ready. I ask her to go check on stew and she says it's still not ready. She has a large mason jar glass of water in her hand and is sweating profusely. So unhygienic in the food industry and person preparing food is wiping sweat from her forehead. GROSS!!!! I say "pretty hot eh?" and she responds ya and takes a big gulp of water. I wonder what Health and Safety and Food Handling would say about this. Definitely not a PASS in my books. I ask her to check on stew again and person preparing food says get it ready. So the lady does and makes a mess getting it all over container. She does clean it off. So stew was ready all along. Come on people? My guest said food was okay. I will never go back or recommended this place. Bliss is certainly not an appropriate title. INSTALL A/C, hire more accommodating people who are efficient and learn some basic customer service skills. I am very surprised that you are still standing.
