The hot and sour soup was neither of those things but was insanely over seasoned with blackpepper. And the crab rangoons were SO greasy. Wish I wouldn?t have spent my money here.

This can cause people not to want to come back. Rather than get emotional/spiteful in review responses, he should use these experiences to learn from them, self evaluate and focus on serving serving food well to his paying customers. I hope to see this place return to its former glory someday.
