Because there 's basically no ranch on the ranch potato, and nowhere to add on/order any extra dressings (we looked), we called the restaurant politely just asked for an extra little side of ranch for the potato. The very kind manager (Rodrigues) answered refused to give us a tiny extra side of ranch unless we gave him our card information over the phone paid .75 for it. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Sad I spent my hard earned money here. Never again. EDIT: Our order has been in the works.. but now they have delayed it and pushed it back to the latest deadline allowable by doordash. I find this hardly coincidental.I expect to hear from a manager (a different one- and hopefully nicer one) about this.
