Despite the expensive warming trays, the food is all cold and you have to use a cheap microwave to reheat it. That alone is worth a 2 star review but I believe I was also selectively scammed by the clerk, she charged me (and accepted) $315 for an average plate with juice, which should have cost around $150. I realized later and went back and she said with a smirk yeah well there 's nothing I can do about it now . Judging by the mixed reviews of prices I believe this place is selectively scamming tourists. Buyer beware I recommend avoiding at all costs

Las reposeras son abundantes pero muy duras y no tienen almohadones. Para llegar a las habitaciones no hay rampas para cochecitos o gente con movilidad reducida. En el restaurante me sirvieron un plato de sorrentinos que traía solo 2 unidades y uno roto a la mitad. El desayuno bastante mediocre, el jugo parece de sobre y no hay tostadora. Si el hotel fuera barato todo esto lo aceptaría, pero por el mismo precio hay hoteles en la zona de muchísima mejor calidad. Rescato la zona al aire libre ya que el hotel tiene una vista hermosa al río y el servicio de limpieza.

They serve the best ice cream coffee we've ever had and had some fantastic pastries to go with it. The staff were really helpful and friendly and gave us all possible local information, including advice on their jazz evenings. A really good cuddly place for a stop.
