Placed an order the night before was charged immediately for it and when I got there the lobby was locked and had to wait in a 20 minute drive thru line only to be told when I got up there that they didn?t have the order ready even though the app told me it was. They then allowed me to come sit inside while they took their time making the order because they were busy and those orders in line take precedence. Don?t offer order ahead then. I would have been in and out if I just did my order at the line but I couldn?t leaved because they already charged me $60

They have a salad bar that had a variety of toppings and 3 cold salad choices, colat, potato and Rotini salad, which was very delicious. The Prime Rib was one of the best ever, cooked and seasoned perfectly, the baked potato was fresh and hot, my husband got hash browns with cheese, mushrooms and onions, and also enjoyed them. Beverage prices were very reasonable and they have a good choice available! Dessert was great. Definitely will return and try more items!

Seriously don't understand why someone doesn't take advantage over the craze for this kind of diet food (watching protein and carbs and getting a good balance of greens) with cheap options. If you eat this sort of foods, you know that IT IS DIRT CHEAP. It is not an expensive diet. You walk in knowing that they are selling you a food platter that cost $1 that took almost no effort to cook for $12. If they sold the same stuff for $4 or $5 you wouldn't be able to keep the shelves stocked once the gym rats caught on. This can be done in a way that is cheaper and better than McDonald's and the fact that they make it this way instead blows my mind. Also FYI: the review reflects purely my distaste for the business model and not my customer service experience, which was good.
