We are so lucky to have him in Houston. He is one of our treasures in the culinary scene. Your choice of Sake was also great. The server P. Nguyen was attentive, knowledgeable about his food, and gave us the perfect pace. We were able to eat, talk and feel at home. Please keep up with great work! Shrimp Tempura Udon and Seafood Ramen for lunch. As you can see the tempura was served dry on a separate plate. The soup has a pretty strong Katsuo Bushi flavor which I like. Seafood Ramen is very unique with coconut milk and it tends me of the Spicy Soy Ramen served at their sister restaurant Kata Robata. The first thing I noticed by tasting the soup was garlic. Tons of it : then I detect a fishyness coming from probably the lump crab meat. They even added red ginger (Beni Shota but all of this concoction wasn’t enough to kill the fishyness. So don’t order it if you can’t handle the fishy smell. I know many folks from the Asia can handle and even love it. : The noodle was cooked Al dente. And it had a good sautéed shrimps and a lot of the nice and big clams on the bottom of the bowl. I also loved tons of Wakame seaweed and chopped green onions.

I had my lunch here for the first time. I picked Fajita Cheese Pupusa and Marinated Pork and Cheese Pupusa. It came with unlimited Cortido (Herby Coleslaw . Eve... Every was tasty and I love the flavor of Cortido. With a canned juice and tax came at $9. I don’t speak Spanish but was able to order the food I like. They are nice to try explaining with gesture and heart : I will be back!

You can have it all in one bowl. I like them both ways and they will come with pork slices, shrimp and chicken. I love the soup! You also have choice of rice noodle, or mix of both noodles. It’s all good. Service is always quick and it’s very reasonably priced as you would expect from the noodle shop. I will keep coming back :
