Lire plus I have been visiting this A&W KFC combo restaurant for several years and always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and the staff is fairly quick with orders. What I love most is that you can mix and match items between the A&W side and the KFC side. This trip I had a burger with mac and cheese for my side with a root beer freeze (which I highly recommend for your drink, it is like a mix between a milkshake and a slushy! . Worth visiting if you like either of the two restaurants.

Maybe the Kahala brands has no budget for staff training? The burrito tasted ok, but the six chillies salsa looked watered down and had a strong sour taste.

Shockingly terrible customer service. I came with a birthday coupon sent via email. The cashier was SO RUDE and just kept telling me it wouldn't work right from... I tried showing him the email in that it was straight from Baja Fresh, it had my name on it and a valid expiration date. He didn't even look at it or want to try the barcode/offer code associated with it. The guy was so mean during the whole interaction, I ended up leaving with nothing. The restaurant was completely empty, easy to see why given the attitude of the employees.

The Chili Lime Shrimp salad was very good, love the avocado shrimp. The steak, fish, and shrimp are pretty amazing tasting here, love that grilled flavor! When the Point of Sale gal noticed me after 4 minutes (wasn?t mad, I could have spoke up) finally noticed me she was super positive and helpful. They have a variety of food that is actually truly wholesome unless they are lying about secret ingredients. I was cool with the elevated price as I figure it?s expensive to keep fresh food at the ready. I don?t know why there were so many people at Panda but not Baja Fresh. My food was tasty and, again; I can only imagine it was healthy from the ingredients. I will go there again.
