(Hint hint stay away from that one at least if you go to the Arby's in Lakeland don't go through the drive thru or have doordash deliver your food. You won't get what you ordered. Better to walk in the store. Anyway back to this Arby's, the manager and staff were excellent and help me download the app to get an extra sandwich for free.. at first they didn't want to touch my phone but one of the staff did and we all began giggling and getting each other about protocol and rules. Oops. Great staff and I'll go back whenever I can :

Little bitty fries, little pieces only about 4 curly long ones. On the other hand the Andis candies milk shake is so awesome. Definitely go get one of those.

She asked how our experience was. My friend Jen and I were no longer impressed by the service. Amie was very polite and treated us to a desert that was our first date. I would highly recommend this location because the atmosphere and the employees are amazing!

No extra napkins, food took forever to be served, there was a line at the door even though the franchise was partially empty, water was never refilled even when asked, and food was brought out separately. Very poor service food was not hot when brought out, nor did it taste very good. Will not be returning to this location.

Apparently, these employees care very little about customer service or accurate orders. Pathetic excuse when zero customers are in the place and employees have nothing to do except process one simple order.
