I can't believe that given the state of today's economy, that a restaurant manager and owner do not want to do their best to keep a customer happy. But this is... But this is certainly not the case with chess checkers. recently I had a meal with my family in which I found in a piece tilapia just a bit to shave a metal from any kind. this was at least one inch long (can be from a Breillo pad or a shave from a dose that had been opened). I asked to talk to the manager who came to our table and just stood there. he didn't apologize or even acknowledge that he knew what the problem was. I had to ask him if he knew why he was standing on my table and looked at me. he said he did not yet apologize, and then he said our bill would be credited for my apprehension. he asked if there were other problems. I told him we were sitting there where we waited for our meal for an hour, and the meal of my wife (which obviously was not touched) was cold from the time it was served us and very dry. the waitress returned with our adjusted bill and I felt that I had to know the owner how his manager had managed the situation. the owner was moved quickly and began to raise his voice with me (I was really thrown, but later our waitress told us that the manager was the son of the owner). He yelled at me that they had done everything they could. my question, as answering it, was: “Do they really have everything they could?” they removed my meal, but I had told them how poor the rest of the food was. from other experiences in the past, this guy could have done more and maybe even we had back sometime when she treated the situation better. even a simple apology and a certain insurance that this would not happen again would have been good (I have nothing of the type of the owner). when they eat here, I hope they have more happiness and do not find themselves an ER visit after their meal.

I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years and I've been going to this Burger King when it was down on marcy and fulton when it was a drive through, where TD... Lire plus I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years and I've been going to this Burger King when it was down on marcy and fulton when it was a drive through, where TD Bank is now. Back then the food and service were good, when they moved the location to where it is now near the train station is when it got horrible. I've NEVER had a good experience here and I keep giving them another chance but after today, ill never step foot into this location again. First off the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order. Second the people that work there hate working there, including the short older black woman with the glasses who's been working there forever. Horrible interactions with customers. Every single order that was placed today was wrong. Third it takes 20 to 30 mins to get a simple order and they never do them in order. 6 people got thier order before I did and I placed my order first, then they got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The kiosk situation isn't working there, they can't incorporate it accordingly with online or counter orders. This store needs to close and they should retrain the staff or hire a whole new one. One thing for sure I will never ever go into this location of Burger King again. Skip this spot and head down to McDonald's instead.
