I have lived on Nun 's Island for two years and this was my first visit to this restaurant on the north side of the island.I had reserved in advance for lunch a... Lire plus I have lived on Nun 's Island for two years and this was my first visit to this restaurant on the north side of the island.I had reserved in advance for lunch and was happy I did as it seems to be a very popular place....We were able to get a table outside on the covered terrace, which was breezy and perfect on a hot summer day. The restaurant has large patio doors which were fully opened, so the inside was NOT air conditioned. It was actually warmer inside than out, so we were happy there was still one or two tables vacant outside. We were promptly served by our waiter who introduced himself and welcomed us. Water was brought along with menu 's. The food menu had lots to choose from as well as a wine and beverage menu. We ordered warm goat cheese arugula salad which was delicious. The large size was a perfect meal for one. The other ladies ordered a fried cauliflower main course and a popular mac and cheese dish. All were perfect and plentiful main course lunch dishes. Our meals were served by kitchen staff. We enjoyed our experience and had excellent service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. This is my favourite place to eat on Nun 's island, I am sorry it took me two years to discover it! If you have time, take a walk down to the waterfront just down the street from the outdoor terrace. There is a lovely park area and rotunda to sit by. There is a free gravel parking lot across the street from the restaurant. Reservations recommended.:

(I try to be targeted in the hops that few people take care of checking it. they make their own apple wine excellent! my favorite appetizers is the ugly brot, sardelle brot. If they like sardelle, it is fantastic and worth a trip for the alone! everything is good, but dedicating (full! another personal favorite is the special black chop. the seats in the garden are pleasant in summer time. make a reservation. (first comes, first served for the garden. they will do their best to them in, inside, when the weather tends. very good. for those who are looking for Germany as it was 50 years ago, but with anchovies!
