Die Küche hat tolle Speisen auf der Karte, wobei ich die Burger ganz besonders empfehlen kann. Dazu noch ein leckeres Getränk für einen entspannten Abend. Nur etwas Zeit sollte man mitbringen, wenn man etwas essen möchte, denn ein Geheimtipp ist die Poststube schon lange nicht mehr.

I think they have made a definitiw to have tasty gluten-free options, but I think that efforts are not consistent to avoid cross-contamination. I have even experienced such heavy symptome I think it was beyond cross-contamination, perhaps the wrong gluten sauce was used or something similar. unfortunately will not be back, and will probably stick to gluten-free dedicated kitchens from now on.

Nice little space out the back to enjoy a beer in the open air, before heading inside for a feed. The front back bar are well armed and to my uncultured eye gin seems to be a house specialty. I always feel a bit lost when I visit Newtown, or maybe out of place and un hip but that feeling dissipates in direct proportion to beer intake. The cheese plate, burger and salad dining options were fine, and pricing is mid range. All in all, just a bloody nice place to have a beer, chat and feed. Disclaimer: No idea what this place is like at night don't stay up that late...

On my 3rd, I had a platter of $3 tacos (Thursday special) (I specifically asked for the chef to select which of the 8 available would be included) and each one was imaginative and fun to eat 12 Jan, 2015 Meh. Had the ribs, they were a poor quality cut with the grisly end bits not trimmed, the fries were obviously twice-fried, and the slaw was room temperature, albeit nicely spicy. A bit of a shame because it's a nice place to hang for a brew and a meal.

Lire plus I have offered hunger, so despite the tempting devonshire tee, high tee a good selection of sweet, I ended the order of ricotta spinat gnocchi. this was one of the best gnocchi I had. light and fluffy like a cloud, they have a soft early bounce that not only tasty, but also playful. well seasoned, served with a light white foam sauce, so it was not dried. topped with juicy cherry tomato with pine nuts that gave different textures. on the sweet side my friend enjoyed her choc friend, ozy lava inside. the service was a bit slow, our tee took age to come even after eating. a pretty good lunch and will return if they are not too busy.

I always ordered the the Walrus potato rosti with smoked salmon I can never go by potato rosti when it’s on a menu. I also love the Scandinavian vibe of the place. I can’t wait to go back! #thewalrus

This place is always a hit or miss.... they definitely lack in consistency of the quality and flavour of the drinks. Would rate it a star but the staff were nice. <br/>Sad to say that I’m really disappointed again.
