The food was delicious, great portion size and brilliant value for money. 19.90 euro for a 3 course meal. The service was also very very good. If we are back in the area we would definitely go back. The place was filthy, food tasteless. Service was okay, but it doesn't change the fact that everything else was awful. On top of that, we were charged too much.... The salads were meagre offerings ...mine used to have pear in...to complment the blue cheese.... now there are thin slivers of apple... not good.....very little dressing...underwhelming.... sadly the fries were the best part of the meal... Please go back to making the. FO soup as it should be...i can only assume the cheese stuck to the bowl is hard on the washing up..... not good value for moneyy!!

Waiter came with cutlery (forks and knives) then came back with bread, butter, cheese, cream cheese and other accoutrements. He asked if we wanted bread but did not inform us that the bread, cheese etc were each a separate charge. It is ok, I had seen the prices in the menu, but his approach was deceiving, so I sent him back with his cheese (it was gross and likely had been sitting on tables outdoors several times passing from customer to customer), he still charged for the sardines and the garlic butter even though we didn’t touch them. And he also tried to take away the cutlery, so I am not sure how he was expecting us to eat the butter with the bread. We then asked for the soup of the day, and asked to be brought some lemon slices and hot sauce, server came back with the soups but no lemon or sauce, we reminded him, then he brought the lemon, yet he never brought any hot sauce. We finished and asked for the bill and let him know we were in a rush, he still insisted to try to sell us something else, “dessert” etc. Server was not local (so maybe a cultural thing) his behaviour was pushy, and deceiving. They also have no credit card (cash only), and he kept our bill

Lire plus Stopped by at 3:15 on Sunday afternoon. Google said the store was open. Barista was sitting outside with a group of her friends. A handwritten sign said the store would close at 3:30. We were happy we made it in time. Barista waited until we walked through the door before hollering at us that she was closed. When I mentioned it was only 3:15 she said she had not had any customers all day and she was closed! TERRIBLE work ethic and customer service. I would NEVER attempt to go back considering how we were treated. No apologies were extended!
