This place, especially, gets two big thumbs from me for their wide range of vegan articles. The hot bar usually has several vegan options that are always delicious, and you can even be lucky enough to get a vegan breakfast sandwich/burrito and/or some vegan donuts if you get it early enough! The bakery also serves vegan pastries and desserts. I'm a big sucker for donuts and those who put them out are great.

We had the halibut in banana leaf, which was moist and delicious. The sauce and spices served on the side were outstanding! We also enjoyed several of the salads. This a fairly new restaurant to Aspen (opened six months ago) so still fairly easy to get a last minute reservation. I almost hate writing a good review as I know others will flock to this hidden gem! The ambience is warm and cozy and the service was excellent. We are already planning to return!!
