Lire plus A beautiful hotel on the river Rhein. Very friendly staff, in reception and in the restaurant. We arrived on Monday afternoon and the guy that was in reception was just fantastic! He’s a great asset to the hotel! We brought our dog and he was treated also really well! We had a family room, overlooking the river. We enjoyed complimentary coffee every morning, enjoying the view from the terrace. We felt at home here and we will definitely come back.

Went here for dinner. Hostess was totally overwhelmed. I get it, you’re busy. Was told there are no tables. Wasn’t offered a wait time. Was told I could sit out... Lire plus Went here for dinner. Hostess was totally overwhelmed. I get it, you’re busy. Was told there are no tables. Wasn’t offered a wait time. Was told I could sit outside in 53 degree weather by ourselves . Then was told we have two seats at the bar. I said ok. Was waiting for the hostess to take us over. She looks at us and says “ Go find them.” We found two seats at the bar by the kitchen door. I took off my coat and literally hit someone coming out of the door. Apologized, Sat down.I had a spike with receipts in front of me. Was there for five minutes. No one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, the person behind us got a table. We asked the hostess why she didn’t give us a table, she then stated you can wait for one. The option we weren’t given the first time around. We left. Hostess didn’t have a good handle on things. We aren’t demanding people as we both work in service industries so we get it. Please educated your hostess in proper seating management. We were polite. She was Kurt.
