Ordered online and picked up in store. Got home and order was missing items. Attempted 4 times to call to get a refund for missing items. Only got through once... Lire plus Ordered online and picked up in store. Got home and order was missing items. Attempted 4 times to call to get a refund for missing items. Only got through once to the actual store who said that they do not complete refunds and I would have to call back and speak with someone in regards to pick up/ delivery. I call them and they said nope it’s the store managers problem, I asked for the managers name and they didn’t know. Called the store and haven’t been able to get through since. Terrible customer service. No need for such a hassle for a simple refund.
