Each time my food has been fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is bright, airy andclean. The team members have been polite, courteous and made an effort to call me by name with a pleasant demeanor. As Iobserved the staff interact with others in line I was really surprised at what an exceptional job everyone was doing. It hasthat small town atmosphere that you don?t see much of these days. As I was leaving I overheard a gentleman asking why they tookaway his favorite seasonal item. With a smile and an appealing and kind voice the team member assured him not to worry,something just as delicious would take its place until this time next year. As she made eye contact with me she said, ?Thank youfor stopping by.? I said, ?Thank you. You all are amazing!? She replied, ?So are you! Have a great day, sir!? Customer serviceat its best! Great job Biscuitville! It?s been a pleasure. Until next time.

The reason I'm giving him a 4 instead of a 5 star rating when you're bound a wheel chair you'll have a hard time to get the restaurant and the bathroom.
