I would drive there, to only be told things like they're out of coconut water and are waiting for it to come in or they're out of the rice pudding. I have no issues with the employees, they were all very nice. It is this location that needs to be better managed/organized. I wasted my time to go get a bowl and walk out with nothing. Time is money. Gas is money. I didn't want any alternatives, I wanted a bowl, which they couldn't make today since the pudding wasn't available. I never have issues with the Gilbert location. I actually drove to the Gilbert location to get what I was looking for and the manager at that location--Ashlyn, was super nice and accommodating.

Fantastic food, good portions and all around the best restaurant in the city. My only complaints are: 1 telephone line is almost always busy by so many. The location near San Tan Mall is great and it has a good parking lot. It is fast casual, so order at the counter, get a number, get your own drink and then bring your food to your table. The dining room is well dimensioned with both stands and tables and has been updated/rebuilt within the last few years. Food is served on actual food, not on paper or plastic, and the same applies to forks and knives. There is a covered terrace if you prefer to eat outside, but the street noise from Market Street can be quite loud. Your food is always on the point! I was never disappointed with my meal at Someburros. In fact, I ordered plates of their food, picked them up at their window and served at parties in my house. My visit is the Pollo Fundido. I highly recommend it. It comes with one side of rice and a small basket of chips. The chicken in the Pollo Fundido is white pieces and sooo delicious! I love her mild salsa (the hot is TOO hot for this girl! and the iced tea is always fresh what I can be a strong critic in any restaurant. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. In addition, the bathrooms were always clean. Oh, and use the drive window to just order customers made in advance, but it is now a real drive through and order! The only reason I gave this review was 4 stars because there is counter-service / Fast Casual. For what it is (or not... a chic steak house, or where the ambience is magical and the staff waiting for my every mood it is a great place and it is a local family that owns it, which makes me even happier to support Someburros!
