I don't know her full name, but her name was Benipal. She's really sweet and nice. I really appreciate the girl.

Restaurant doesn’t know how to take a reservation. Called and made a reservation weeks in advance for anniversary. Person on phone did not mention that the rest... Person on phone did not mention that the restaurant was fully booked that night for a private event. Showed up on the day and got crammed in...the lounge. We left, ate somewhere else, but asked that the manager call us. OVER A WEEK LATER, got a call from someone who claimed to be a manager but all he did was correct me and explain how to make a reservation!!??? Apparently (according to him) the whole issue was my fault. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Plenty of great restaurants in Winnipeg. This place is not one of them.

Relaxing, superb attendees, Andrea our waitress was sweet and pleasant, adored the clean space, fresh food, price point, the patio has the best views of the red River, human rights museum, it's spacious, never crowded, quick service and the most important for us, we can bring the dog to our patio.!

So this was our first adventure out during covid for the patio. We had a 5 minute wait, table was cleaned, space properly. Washrooms clean, inside with painted... You use the online menu and viola all done. Food as always, great, what needed to be corrected was (our poutine was cold and the fixed it immediately). As always, Underdogs is our go to for all sports events we want to watch and the food and service amazing. You guys are such an amazing addition to St. James. Our family is so glad you will be making it through the Covid challenge. During this time you have constantly come up with unique and amazing ideas to keep the community connected and engaged with you. LOVE that you are here after the sun is finally starting to shine again. We will be back time and time again.

(slimy salat) and the cheese slices were hard around the edges. restaurant was pretty clean everyone took meal to go. will go elsewhere to get better service.
