We have experienced it many times, myself and my colleagues. Every time I go to this place (it is 5 min' walk from our office I order small spaghetti which I also did today during lunch. The waitress Misa brought us the bill and the price for my spaghetti was 189 czk. I reminded her that I ordered small spaghetti for 159 czk. She informed me that 189 czk is the price for a small one, so I asked her to please show me the menu. She arrogantly said we are not the only customers and instead of bringing me the menu she went to serve a different table. I had to take the menu myself from the counter and once Misa came back to us (after 4-5 min or so , I showed her that the amount for small spaghetti was indeed 159 czk. She responded that I did not order a small portion (contradicting on what she said above, right? . And she added that I ate the big one and just wanted to pay for a small one. She was so arrogant and rude, it is very embarrassing to have such staff considering the restaurant's prices and quality you aim for. Honestly, considering her attitude and behaviour to me and my friend, I should not have paid at all and just left. I do not recommend this place. I would rate a food court better than Pizza Colloseum at Budejovicka. Hope it will change in future, but for the last 3 years the service unfortunately has not improved. Mnoho krat jsme tam byli a priprava jidla casto trva dlouho a cisniky nejsou zdvorile. Kdyz chodim do teto restauraci (5 minut pesky od nasi kancelare , pokazde objednavam male spaghetti a taky dnes behem obeda. Dnes servirka Misa prinesla mi ucet s cenou 189 czk za velke testoviny. Jsem ji rekla ze jsem objednala malou porci a ona mi rekla ze 189 je cena za male testoviny. Kdyz jsem pozadala o jidelni listek, Misa mi rekla ze nejsme tady sami a sla za jinymi klienti. Musela jsem najit jidelni listek a az se Misa vratila k nam (po 5 minutech jsem ji ukazala ze cena za male testoviny je opravdu 159 czk. Misa mi rekla ze jsem neobjednala male testoviny (co je v rozporu s jeji prvni odpovedi a vinila me za to ze jsem snedla velke a chci zaplatit za male. Uplne arogantni, odporna a hruba slecna a chovala se s nami neprijemne. Doufam, ze obsluha se zlepsi, ale zatim tuto restauraci bych urcite nedoporucila.
