Bit of noise from shop refurbishment opposite but don’t let that sway you. Still a good place for food drinks

The staff were very knowledgeable about the food, and very helpful when it came to ordering our food. The ambience of the pub was very relaxing, with a little snug where you could have a pre meal drink. Alas!! Two weeks later, I received a parking fine for not registering my registration number in entering the venue. I contacted the pub via a phone call, and the duty manager who’s name is David sorted out the issue of the fine there and then. “ Thank you David “ and I owe you a drink when I next visit your welcoming establishment. How welcoming to find staff so helpful. A big shout out all round for the flying elephant bar and grill. 10/10 all round Thanking all your staff, Martin.
