HORRIBLE! I've been coming here for many years. Never again. Came with my 2 kids, put my name on list. Waited 30 min while they seated others. Went back to ask... Lire plus HORRIBLE! I've been coming here for many years. Never again. Came with my 2 kids, put my name on list. Waited 30 min while they seated others. Went back to ask what was going on. They forgot us. Told them again... waited 15 minutes vthey nevercame to seat us. Forgot us AGAIN. Customer service is free and should be simple. They lost a very long time customer, because they just don't give a sht about service. And now they have the nerve to ask me a favor and post another reviewdirectly with the restaurant. DO IT YOURSELF. Again showing zero positive attention to a customer for well over 10 years.

Disgusting restaurant, I still feel sick thinking that we ate food at this place. The wait was much longer than quoted. We waited forever for the food to come a... We waited forever for the food to come and had to ask for cutlery and bread. My child’s pasta was almost raw and/or had beensitting out for at least 20 minutes. My pizza was barely cooked, I basically ate raw mushroom pizza, my husband’s salad wasbrown and had a bug in it and my other child’s bolognese pasta smelled like the meat was old. Our alcoholic drinks werewatered down as well! The manager was nice enough to comp our food (not drinks). It was probably the worst place I have evereaten.

So what else is new? *Most of the seating has been removed. The few tables that are left are to the right side of theentrance. *The lines are organized now. There are yellow markings on the ground that indicate which window you are lined up forwith open/closed signs above the windows. *Menu changes are big: -No more Cesar salads (my favorite as well as the only realhealthy thing previously on the menu) -No more hot sandwiches (the turkey provolone being my second favorite thing on theirmenu) -No more Polish dogs, only regular hot dogs -No more chopped onions for the hot dogs, only ketchup, mustard and relish -Nomore combo pizzas, only cheese and pepperoni options Overall, the food court has not improved with the changes I listed above.So disappointed!
