I was there for dinner with my family and friends, we went for unlimited option. I must say the terrible is very small word. All the starters were empty. Everyt... Everytime I had to ask waiters to refill but they were not attending effectively, I had approached the guy who was pretending to the manager, he was sitting on the chair and not respecting the customer. He was not polite and not at all approachable. Were almost 9 people, and in the restaurant almost 30 people, he was shouting at us about the food is being refill. When we complained about it to him he should be polite but he was not. This is the wurst experience I had and I am sure I am not going there again and also I will not recommend it to my friends and family. Except some of the waiters were amazing, fast service of pizza and the arrangements on the table....I must say that, they don't have true leader and they will not learn anything under this manager if he is the manager). After we finished the meal, I paid the bill whatever was presented, when we left, he did not even interacted with us or apologise, thanks to us. Not even welcome us again. For sure we are not going back. N.Y. Pizza Adajan , thanks for the wurst experience. Never coming back.
