I had my birthday for the first time and it was so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious. My salmon was cooked for perfection. The fried tired was amazing... The pig was tasteless with waste-free smoke taste or smell. The brisket, I ordered cut into slices. It was SOOO dry it broken when it tried to pick up with the fork. The maize bread screamed to be 2 days old and to be reheated. I was hoping this meal would bring me back to the good ol days when the Broad st site stood and ran.
