I discussed the situation with the manager of the restaurant the next day and they offered to remake the pizza for my next visit. Today I called and arranged for the replacement stuffed pizza. It was a noticeable improvement from the first pizza but something just doesn't seem right to me, compared to other pizza places I've tried with stuffed pizza, it's like the cheese is warm but not melted (I tried to capture it in a picture but I'm not sure that it translates well. Imagine of you will a pile of cheese that you left out in the hot sun, its warm but only some melted some just warm) I realize that a stuffed pizza is probably more challenging than a regular pizza but perhaps it would be best to remove it from the menu if the kitchen can't figure out how to melt cheese. I ultimately decided to go with a middle of the road three star rating because the pizza was OK but not great. I was also disappointed that my pizza wasn't ready at the scheduled time even though I ordered it an hour twenty minutes before I wanted to pick it up. The saving grace was the associate at the pickup register was super friendly and kind. During my 10 minute wait I was able to observe them interacting with several customers and providing an amazing experience. I think I'll give them another shot but I'm definitely going to try a classic pizza instead of a stuffed.
