The place itself has a very great feel all around and I will definitely be eating from here again.

The Chicken Waffles could have been really good if the grease that was used was fresh not shared with other food that is fried. We ordered a virgin bloody Mary that came in a huge glass $4 a margarita served in a champagne glass $11. I have never received a mixed drink that cost so much in such a small glass. Our waitress delivered our food and literally disappeared. We waited waited. We never saw her at all. About 45 minutes later she appeared and we checked out. We always tip really well but on this day...not so much. We won't go back.

Poor maintenance, gutters don't take water and just runs out through your soffit, paint coming off aluminum flashing, squirrels are eating through and living in building attics causing interior damage as well. Dead/dying trees trees in front of units and are never trimmed so they just rest againt building to allow crutters free roam of roof tops. Bottom units with porches flood bc of poor drainage. You get nothing for your HOA but trash pick up unless you like a gym with dumbbells. Enjoy
