I made a mobile order around 3pm to be picked up at 3:45pm. When I arrived around 3:42, a worker told me that the hot chocolate frost would need about 40 minute... When I arrived around 3:42, a worker told me that the hot chocolate frost would need about 40 minutes to be defrosted... additionally, when I asked to pick up my order, the other worker didnt even realize there was a mobile order. I made the mobile order 45 minutes before I picked it up yet the drink wasnt ready?? Anyways, I asked for a refund on the drink after they gave me my pretzal nuggets. They took a long time to refund me and kept staring at me as I waited... so 3 of the workers kept looking at me over and over. Finally, they gave me a cash refund rather than refund the card I made the order on. Which of course they didnt ask how I'd like it refunded.
